Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit. Echelon Experiences Belize will provide a detailed itinerary and confirmation document prior to travel.
Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your journey. Payment methods and specific terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by experience type and timing. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of travel are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your booking agreement for specific terms.
Changes & Modifications
We understand that plans change. Modification requests should be submitted as early as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, some adjustments may incur additional fees or be subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Echelon Experiences Belize can recommend trusted insurance providers upon request.
Liability Disclaimer
Echelon Experiences Belize acts as a coordinating agent for third-party service providers. While we carefully vet all partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party vendors, transportation providers, or accommodation partners.
Force Majeure
Echelon Experiences Belize shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or severe weather conditions.
Client Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with local laws and customs. Echelon Experiences Belize reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and discretion. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of coordinating your travel experience and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising from services provided by Echelon Experiences Belize shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
